Stay the Course
Scripture Readings
Galatians 6:9
“Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.”
Hebrews 12:1
“Let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us.”
Isaiah 40:31
“But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles…”
Morning Meditation
Sit still.
Breathe in slowly…
hold…
and release.
Feel the weight of yesterday leave your body.
You are still here.
Still moving.
Still becoming.
Progress is not always visible—
but it is always working.
Let strength rise quietly within you.

Reflection | Devotional Thought
Consistency is a form of faith.
It’s choosing to keep going when results are slow.
It’s trusting that what you are building matters—even when no one sees it yet.
We often want breakthrough moments.
God often builds through steady ones.
Every small act of discipline, every quiet decision to continue, every moment you choose not to quit—
it all adds up.
The harvest doesn’t come from one day.
It comes from staying the course.
Ask yourself today:
• Where am I tempted to give up too soon?
• What has God already started in me that I need to keep nurturing?
• What would happen if I stayed consistent just a little longer?
Your future is built on what you refuse to abandon.

Morning Prayer
Father God,
Thank You for the strength to keep going.
When I feel tired, remind me why I started.
When I feel discouraged, remind me that You are still working.
Help me stay disciplined, focused, and faithful in the small things.
Give me endurance to finish what You’ve placed in my hands.
Let my consistency reflect my trust in You.
In Jesus’ name,
Amen.

Quote — Jarvus Ricardo Hester
“Consistency is quiet faith—showing up before the results arrive.”

Quote James Baldwin
“Not everything that is faced can be changed, but nothing can be changed until it is faced.”
Mood: steady focus, quiet discipline, forward momentum
Today, stay the course—even when it feels slow.
